Outpatient service generally very good with wait times using an automated ticket system with a manned reception desk. The area I was in had a large television and nearby water fountains and toilets. Comfortable seating available and have never had to stand waiting. Clean environment. Some street parking is available and usually full. There's a large car park but like most car parks it is very expensive. Fortunately the short wait times limits this. I think car parking should be free at hospitals. Staff rarely interact due to automation but usually nice if approached.

My Mum is currently at TPCH in CCU after a heart attack and subsequent placement of a stent. The Surgeon is amazing, he even called me late last night to give me the outcome of the procedure. Above and beyond the call of duty. Mum is 85yrs old and thanks to TPCH and the wonderful staff and the attentive care and concern, we may just have her with us for a little while yet.

Professionalism mixed with character makes for all presenting here for assistance to whatever section or ward to be given a high performance of service. Both Cardiology and the Sleep Disorder Unit have on each occasion treated me and anyone else I have noticed with the highest degree of dignity and professionalism. In my opinion Reception Staff, Nurses and Doctors should be commended for their excellence in care. Thank you sincerely.

Completely agree Miss Johnson are you talking about the girl with the red hair , AS I WAS THERE WHEN SHE WAS BOUGHT IN and the same thing happened. .The social worker treated her mother so badly my husband reported her as her daughter was in a episode and had attack her mother ....Besides her mother having a black eye and you could see her daughter had tried choking her from marks i could see .....JUST DIGUSTED THE SOCIAL WORKER SPOKED SO LOUDLY THAT WE HEARD DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A CONCERN FOR MOTHER AS SHE WAS SO DISTRESSED THEY DO NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. ..
